Older adults in the community are suffering from ​a decline in mobility due to falls, hospitalizations, ​new and chronic illnesses, lack of motivation, ​isolation, and other challenges that develop ​during the aging process. Caregivers are ​stressed, overwhelmed, and unsure about how to ​provide support and quality care due to a lack of ​time, proximity to family members, and ​knowledge of the best way to access help.

Our primary goal is to help older adults maintain ​the highest level of mobility and ​independence. We provide functional fitness ​programs to adults living in community ​residences, independent and assisted living ​facilities in the Greater Charlotte regions of ​NC and SC.

In addition, providing knowledgeable and ​accessible support for caregivers to reduce ​anxiety and stress is a top priority. These ​services will allow adult children/love ones to ​spend more time taking care of their families and ​responsibilities resulting in increased quality time ​for all their relationships.

Functional fitness

PROACTIVE AGING SOLUTIONS is owned by Eulonda Williams, a licensed ​physical therapist with over 15 years of experience treating the aging ​population. She is passionate about providing motivation, achieving ​engagement, and thinking "outside the box" to help older adults improve ​their quality of life. She also is experienced in working with people who have ​cognitive impairments, acute and chronic illnesses, and atypical mobility.
